• Does not provide or control third-party digital services
• Acts solely as a technical intermediary facilitating transactions, payment protection, and dispute management

2. Eligibility

To use the platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws

3. Legal Compliance & Intellectual Property

The platform strictly complies with:

• Copyright and intellectual property laws
• Digital commerce regulations
• Terms and policies of original service providers

Only subscriptions that:

• Are legally obtained
• Are permitted to be shared under the service provider’s policies
• Do not infringe upon third-party rights

may be listed, sold, or purchased on the platform.

4. Prohibited Activities (Stripe & PayPal Compliant)

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Selling hacked, stolen, or compromised accounts
• Selling pirated, unauthorized, or illegal subscriptions
• Circumventing security systems or provider restrictions
• Providing false, misleading, or deceptive information
• Money laundering, fraud, or illegal financial activity
• Attempting to complete transactions outside the platform
• Abusing payment systems, chargebacks, or refund mechanisms

Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination, without prior notice.

5. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy and legality of their listings
• Maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials
• All activities conducted under their account

The platform shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access.

6. Payments, Fees, and Escrow Protection

• All payments are processed via approved payment providers, including Stripe and PayPal
• Funds may be temporarily held in a secure escrow-style protection system
• Payments are released to sellers only after successful delivery confirmation
• In the event of a dispute, funds may be frozen until resolution
• Platform service fees are non-refundable, except in cases of complete transaction failure

7. Refund Policy

• No refunds are granted after successful delivery confirmation
• Refunds may be considered only in cases of:

8. Disputes & Resolution

• Users agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes before using the internal dispute system

9. Monitoring & Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

• Monitor user activity, listings, and transactions
• Remove content or listings that violate these Terms
• Suspend or terminate accounts deemed suspicious or non-compliant
• Cooperate with legal or regulatory authorities when required

10. Limitation of Liability

The platform shall not be liable for:

• Actions or omissions of buyers or sellers
• Service interruptions or changes by third-party providers
• Loss of access to subscriptions after delivery
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Use of the platform is at the user’s own risk.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts at any time
• Remove listings without prior notice
• Restrict access in cases of policy violations

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with general principles of international commercial law, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the user’s country of residence.
